The wooden fence at the back of the garden has fallen down, it needs removing and replacing. The new fence will need to be around 3m long and 1m high, panels or otherwise, whichever you think appropriate (and will be the cheapest).
While there if you are able to repair drainpipes please also quote on repairing/replacing the drainpipe next to the gas meter.
