Fixing anchor bolts for wall-hanging cabinet & wallpapering

I bought some Rigifix bolts to hang my Ikea Besta cabinet but the bolts required too high torque to fit which my drill cannot provide. I need 12 bolts to be fitted (I have stocks for them). Unfortunately I damaged one in the process and need someone with the skill to extract the damaged screw/bolt.

Also I am looking to wall paper one wall of the living room.
