Raised garden bed made of concrete blocks

I am looking for some who can do three raised beds (planters) made of concrete blocks in my garden. I have attached three images showing the dimensions of the beds and a view of the garden.

Once the beds are done, I would like the concrete blocks to be plastered with cement so that it can be painted over later on.
