Job Summary
Summary of Role
To support the division on a rotational basis, contributing to the overall success of the business through the provision of efficient and effective administrative support.
What will I be responsible for:
â?¢ Perform general administration tasks, including filing - within the division.
â?¢ Provide other appropriate ad hoc duties within the Division, such as rReception cover, as and when required.
Personal Characteristics:
â?¢ Experience of working in a secretarial/admin role.
â?¢ Proficient with MS Office programs and a good standard of written English.
â?¢ Selfâ??disciplined, with demonstrably good time management skills.
â?¢ Team player, supportive of colleagues.
